PLEASE NOTE:
To ensure a seamless experience at our meetings and events, we kindly request that you register in advance. This allows us to accurately plan for catering by ordering the appropriate amount of food well before the event. It’s important to note that TIBA bears the cost for every RSVP, making our policy straightforward: a reservation made is a reservation paid. This means that charges apply even if you are unable to attend at the last minute.
We encourage our members to settle the registration fee at the time of sign-up. TIBA has a policy allowing individuals to attend up to two meetings as guests before becoming invoiced as members.
To guarantee a seat and meal, reservations must be both made and paid for by the Thursday preceding the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee meals for those who do not RSVP.
For attendees preferring to pay at the door, please be aware of an additional $4 fee ($25 per lunch) to cover the staff’s time in processing payments and providing receipts. Online reservations include a $1 convenience fee to offset transaction costs.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of these necessary policies.
