The Topeka Independent Business Association is organized to promote the formation, growth and viability of small and independently owned businesses in the Topeka area, and more specifically:

ENVIRONMENT

To work to improve the business climate and foster business opportunities for independent businesses.

PROFIT

To provide benefits, services, and education to aid in the operation and profitability of its members.

LOCAL

To urge members to do business locally whenever possible.

YOUTH

To promote entrepreneurship as affording the greatest opportunity for youth.
