Registering for any of our meetings and events is necessary so that the appropriate amount of food can be ordered prior to the event. TIBA incurs the cost for every RSVP, so our policy is a reservation made is a reservation paid. This simply means you will be charged even if you do not attend at the last minute. Members are encouraged to pay at the time of registration. TIBA has a policy that you may attend up to two meetings as a guest before you will be invoiced as a member.
Reservations must be made and paid for the Thursday prior to the event. For those who wish to pay at the door for a previously made reservation, you will incur an additional fee of $4 to cover staff time taking the payment and providing a receipt. A $1 convenience fee has been included in the total for online reservations only to offset the transaction fees. We appreciate your understanding and support of this necessary policy.
