I am a 3rd generation American Family insurance agency owner. My grandpa, Earl Shipman was the 1st generation and came by the office every day after he retired to continue the relationships he built. Larry Shipman, my father, was the 2nd generation agency owner for American Family – for 51 years. I worked for him for 35 years. In 2017 I became the agency owner.  

I have held my insurance license since 1985 and graduated from Washburn University with a Business Finance Degree. I have two daughters Kaile and Morgan. Both are about to finish up college and their degrees. 

I respect and believe in the values and accomplishments of the previous generations and I am now fulfilling my dream to be the 3rd generation agent and continue 66 years of our client relationships.
