TIBA October Mastermind (2 Sessions)

This month’s topic is: Exploring Practical Alternatives to Traditional Health Insurance
For our October Mastermind, Oasis Family Medicine, a local Direct Primary Care (DPC) provider and fellow TIBA member, will join us to explain how DPC works, how it complements (but doesn’t replace) insurance, and how some employers are pairing it with high-deductible plans to create a more cost-effective healthcare solution. It’s not for everyone, but for many businesses, it can be a smart alternative worth exploring.
Oasis Family Medicine will be present at both sessions. A licensed health insurance agent will be on hand to help bridge the conversation between healthcare delivery and insurance options.
Morning Session at The Tee Box
Guided by Pam Luthi & Abbey Brown with insights from Oasis Family Medicine and Dr. Doug Iliff (Minor Med PA). Dr. Iliff will briefly share about the new DPC program at Minor Med PA, with the goal of expanding awareness of options and strengthening the overall conversation around direct primary care.
