When small businesses link arms, everyone grows faster. This month’s Mastermind is all about how to intentionally partner with the other businesses in your community, creating collaborations, events, and cross-promotions that lift visibility, attract new customers, and strengthen the local ecosystem.
Led by Miki Hicks of Mrs Clever, this conversation-driven session explores real-world ways to team up with complementary businesses, from pop-up events and shared workshops to bundled offers, seasonal tie-ins, and creative “you send me / I send you” marketing swaps. We’ll look at what makes a collaboration mutually beneficial, how to approach potential partners, and how to structure simple, low-lift ideas that help both sides grow.
This will be a practical, idea-rich discussion shaped by the businesses in the room. Bring what you’re working on, what you’re dreaming about, and who you’d love to collaborate with — and we’ll explore how to turn those connections into momentum for your business and theirs.
This year, both sessions will be bring your own food, so grab your breakfast or lunch on the way and settle in for a great discussion. Registration is required so we can ensure adequate seating.
