This is a non-profit Charitable Trust in Topeka established in 2016. We have funded the building and maintenance of the Kay McFarland Japanese Garden at the Topeka Zoo, creating LastingLegacyOnline.com to keep her story alive plus inspire others to write theirs, and sponsoring many events at the Garden for the community of Topeka. We have a full time Trustee and part time employees comparable to 1 FTE. Kay McFarland is a notable Kansan and was the first woman Supreme Court Justice of Kansas.
