Todd SmithEmerging Technologies LibrarianTodd Smith is the Emerging Technologies Librarian for the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. Todd has been an IT professional for over 15 years and for 8 of those years his role was helping library staff with technology. For the past 2 years he has been using that experience to help our patrons in the Level 2 Tech Center. Todd is friendly and practical in his advice and is a great asset to the team in the Level 2 Tech Center.
